I just want to thank Jake for his patient, hard work in finding a property

that fit all my expectations.  If you are looking for someone to work with

that is straight forward, honest, and hears what you are saying,

go no further. I have dealt with many realtors through the years

but unlike many, I always looked forward to going on the property hunt

together and never once felt any pressure or disappointment by

him when I wanted to look further. I consider him a good friend

which I think says a lot when you realise I just met him

for the first time shortly before we had our client realtor relationship.
