We estatblish an agency relationship (undivided loyalty, obey all lawful instructions, keep your confidence, excercise reasonable care and skill, account for all money and property based on your needs).

We are licensed -- We are a licensed proffessional. Our license is renewed every two years. We must meet requirements for both licensing and relicensing. We abide by the laws of local municipalities, BC and Canada. We are insured. Errors and Omissions Insurance provides liability insurance for Realtors(r). Special Compensation Fund protects monies placed in trust with a licensee.

We are members of a professional association -- We are members of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board, in good standing. We work together with other professionals in order to make a positive diffference in the industry and the community. We pledge to adhere to the by-laws, rules, standards and the Realtor(r) Code of Ethics.

Realtor(r) Code of Ethics -- We have pledged to the Realtor (r) Code of Ethics. Professional competent service. We are comitted to honesty, integrity and fairness to all. We cooperate with others and are held accountable for our actions through compliance with CREA's Standards of Business Practice.

We put our duties and obligations in writting -- Full details of exactly what we'll do for you. Our obligations are clearly defined under law.

We listen and Explain -- We understand real estate and can help navigate through the process. We are able to answer questions and can explain what you need to watch out for. We listen carefully and pick up your unspoken concerns.

We Communicate -- We keep you informed in a timely manner. We commit to a communication plan based on your requirements. We give you updates on what's going on.

We meet mandatory education requirements -- We are required to meet mandatory requirements every two years. Our trainning includes both legal ande skills-based learning. We have the skills and knowledge required to assist you with your real estate needs.

We use the MLS(r)....a complex information-sharing and cooperativve marketing network created by Realtors(r) several decades ago to help you buy and sell properties/ businesses -- We have access to the MLS(r), which is far more detailed than what you see online. We use the MLS(r) to help you determine appropriate pricing, given the local market dynamics. We can use the MLS(r) to help you locate a suitable property, based on your specific criteria.

We explain all costs to buying and selling real estate -- We give you a clear understanding of the costs and can inform you of the specifics with "no surprises". We are insured. Our expertise, tools and commitment have value in relation to the fees/commissions paid.
